Strategic planning

Like a thoughtful, logical, purpose-built map, a good strategic plan gives board members and managers alike a clear understanding of where their organisation needs to go, and how they’re going to get there. It will also help you ‘make your case’ to funding bodies, grant-makers, donors and sponsors, and provide you with a basis for developing organisational and individual key performance indicators. To make it easy, Nonprofit Assist will guide the process from start to finish, including facilitation of formative workshops for board, management and staff.

Support is customised to your organisation’s needs and is provided on a fee-for-service basis.
