Welcome to Nonprofit Assist

Nonprofit Assist is a Brisbane, Queensland-based enterprise dedicated to helping the staff, volunteers, managers and board members of small-to-medium nonprofits access the information and support they need to help their organisations grow.

Our philosophy

At Nonprofit Assist we understand three factors are needed to create a strong organisational foundation: good governance, a logical and easy to implement strategic plan and, most of all, well-informed and well-supported people.

We also understand the difficulties small-to-medium nonprofits face accessing professional services, which is why we are always willing to discuss your budget and your needs, and provide a number of services free of charge. An overview of Nonprofit Assist’s services is provided below; for details see our Services page.

Our services

Our portfolio consists of four main services:

****NEW IN 2012: SUPPORT FOR NONPROFIT PEOPLE IN TIMES OF CRISIS, CHANGE OR GROWTH****

  • governance workshops - designed to give executive and non-executive board members an understanding of good governance principles and processes, and build the group as a whole
  • information services - an online journal to keep you up-to-date with industry and internal news, views and resources.
